WHERE DOES RECRUITMENT BOOST HOST CUSTOMER DATA?
All data is hosted in the Amazon Web Services cloud which is a globally distributed system.
WHERE CAN I FIND A LIST OF RECRUITMENT BOOST'S SUB-PROCESSORS?
Here is a non-exclusive list of our sub-processors and what they are used for. This list is subject to change as our business evolves.
IS THERE A BACKUP OF MY DATA?
Recruitment Boost runs daily backups of all your system data.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY RECRUITMENT BOOST DATA?
You can edit your personal data at any time from your profile page.
HOW LONG DOES RECRUITMENT BOOST RETAIN CUSTOMER DATA? WILL RECRUITMENT BOOST DELETE CUSTOMER DATA WHEN REQUESTED?
Recruitment Boost maintains all customer data until the client requests its deletion or until 2 months after the client has finished its collaboration with Recruitment Boost. Personal details can be amended at any time.
HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY RECRUITMENT BOOST DATA?
As all the data saved on the Recruitment Boost platform is strictly for your business’ benefit and usage, we will require administrator or manager approval for any data export. Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for support in such instances.
MAY I OPT-OUT OF RECRUITMENT BOOST'S CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS?
You may unsubscribe from our customer database at any time. Note, however, that this would also entail unsubscribing from all communications regarding product updates.

Recruitment Boost may modify or update any of these terms from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices. To learn about these changes, you may review this page periodically for any updates. The ‘last modified’ date at the bottom of this page will reflect when any changes have been made.
Any significant and material changes made to these terms will be communicated via email.
