The platform and its infrastructure is built with a privacy-by-design approach, coupled with top-of-the-line partnerships from the main market vendors currently available (Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud), ending with automated reporting and monitoring of the entire platform 24/7/365.

WORLD-CLASS INFRASTRUCTURE

It’s very simple. We are using Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud – the market leaders in terms of infrastructure services and security.

DAILY BACK-UPS

​

To make sure that your data is safe no-matter-what, we perform automated daily backups of all your data, including all the files. We keep these backups up to the last 10 days, plus the latest backup of each month for the last 12 months.

​

Should anything happen, all your data can easily be restored. Although to be honest, we’ve never had to do it – and we are working hard to make sure we’ll never have to.

REAL-TIME SERVICE MONITORING

All instances and services are monitored in real-time 24/7/365 by automated little robots. If anything happens with one of the components, our team is swiftly informed directly on their mobile phones with all relevant info. Furthermore, should the system stop for any reason, the automated robots will work to restart it automatically.

PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY POLICY

We have a very clear and strict policy for how your data is handled.

The only data that can ever leave the platform is authorized to do so by the user, as for example would be the case with sending CVs to a client contact or posting a job advert.

 

Also, we never use your data for anything else other than for your benefit. We will never sell it. We will also never go through it unless you specifically request our help on a particular matter which would require us to do so.

Your data is very important to us for day one! We have our own in-house data specialists who will help migrate and onboard your data securely and accurately. All our data specialists work under a strict confidentiality contract.

KEY PERSONNEL

We limit access to your data to our support team and even that is separated by levels of seniority and expertise. Every person has clear limited access, based on their level of experience and under clear contractual confidentiality.

NETWORK SECURITY AND SERVER ACCESS

Production infrastructure is provided by Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud, which includes secure HTTPS, redundant firewalls, top-of-the-line router technology, regular audits, and monitoring and protection against network attacks. Furthermore, access to the production infrastructure is limited to authorized and specially trained personnel only.

99.9% UPTIME

​

Thanks to all these procedures and processes, and with the help of our dedicated team, we can guarantee a 99.9% uptime.

​

The other 0.1% is a result of platform upgrades. We always try to roll out upgrades outside of business hours – usually over the weekends or late nights, after ensuring no one is using or has recently used the system.

 

So practically, the 0.1% happens while you and your colleagues are sleeping or enjoying time with your family and friends and should have no impact on your operations.
